- Contestants must not have any criminal convictions or pending legal cases.
- All contestants are expected to behave respectfully, professionally, and with
integrity throughout the competition. - Any form of discrimination, harassment, bullying, or physical/verbal abuse will result
in immediate disqualification. - Contestants must respect the decisions of judges, coordinators, sponsors, and
fellow contestants. - Contestants agree to be photographed and filmed during official pageant events
and understand that media capture may be used for promotional purposes. - Negative or defamatory posts about the pageant, its team, or other contestants on
social media will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification. - All contestants are expected to attend and participate fully in all mandatory
rehearsals, training sessions, events, and appearances unless officially excused. - Dress codes and theme requirements for each segment of the competition must be
strictly followed. - Any personal information provided during the application process must be accurate
and verifiable.
10.Use of illegal substances or alcohol during official events is strictly prohibited.
11.Contestants must disclose any medical or mental health concerns that may affect
their participation.
12.All official photographs, videos, and content from the pageant remain the property
of Mr. Gay Namibia and may not be reused for external purposes without written
permission.
13.The winner must fulfill all responsibilities assigned during their reign, including
public appearances, media interviews, and advocacy duties.
14.If the winner fails to carry out their responsibilities or violates the rules, the title may
be withdrawn and offered to the runner-up.
15.The winner must remain free from substance abuse and avoid behavior that could
damage the image of the pageant or LGBTQ+ community.
16.The organizing committee reserves the right to update these rules at any time and
to disqualify any participant who does not comply.
17.Entry into the competition implies full understanding and acceptance of all rules and
regulations.
18.Contestants will be required to sign a declaration confirming their agreement to abide by this term.
